Got some fishing in this weekend out of my 16' Misty Harbor Fishing Boat... caught some northerns, few crappies and some bass. Others caught a few walleyes, perch and largemouth bass, even a muskey in there.

I have a few questions about the performance of my boat hopings someone can help with prop selection.

When Just I am in the boat the boat will plane out just fine, add one or two others, it wont plane out at all. Do i go up in a pitch size? or a pitch down?

here are some pictures... its a 25hp Mercury on the boat in the picture below.

Its the trim position, since its a 25hp that probably means no power trim, so you'll have to adjust trim manually before you go out or get a hydralic trim/tilt like a CMC PT-35 or a manual jack plate. Just my 2 cents.

I would say that in is not correct. Going in one hole will push the bow down into the water you want it to come up on top of the water.

Man, That fish fry looks good. It's not only fun catching them, but when you can come back to dock and cook up a few they just seem to taste better. I'm jealous.
