Try straightening the tubing out the best as possible, and then attach a flat piece of metal on the  top side and bottom side of the tubing. Make the flat piece of metal around 6" so there is at least 3" on each side of the crack. You may want to pre-drill the flat metal before attaching, and run the bolts all the way through the tubing to fastening the top side to the bottom side together. The flat metal should be thick enough not to bend, so something like a 1/16th" thick should work. Good Luck!

Hello to all,
I have somehow managed to back into a power line at night and bend and crack the square tubing on my 2016 suntracker bassbuggy 18DLX. Looking for suggestions on how to fix or repair the tubing to save $$. Replacement parts are over $500. Please see images
