I rebuilt a 2000 Beach comber last year,  http://www.pontoonstuff.com/psforum/forum_posts.asp?TID=4663&title=texas-ranger-2000-beachcomber-rebuild ,
Really enjoyed the rebuild, then I sold it to someone that just had to have it.

I picked up this 1998 Voyager tri-toon this week with trailer for $1200.00.
It was in the hurricane that hit Galveston a couple of years back.

All the top was destroyed as well as shifter cables, steering etc, but the deck is 100 percent perfect, aluminum, three toon are in perfect condition and they have lifting strakes.  The trailer frame is 100 percent straight, galvanized, but the springs and u-bolts are bad.  I figure $500 are less to fix trailer complete, new tires wheels etc.

It is completly under-skined and the carpet is not to bad but I will replace it.
So my rebuild begins.  I will need all new fence,  furniture but will set up for fishing so only 6 fishing chairs.  Will need helm, steering, control cables, gas tank, battery boxes etc.  Wiring is still intact just have to add new fuse box and  wires etc. It had a 120 hp force that is no good.
I picked up a 2006 Yamaha 150 4 stroke , 20 inch, with 3 props, with 162 hours, with warranty for $5000 off craigslist.  Local fisherman was upgrading to a new 250 SHO yamaha.
If anyone has any good helms I might be interested or just get from pontoonstuff.
Wish me luck.  I really think once I get all the parts I can do it in 3 or 4 days.

I could only get one  picture to load, and it is a 21 foot, so it should run mid 40's or better

what error did you get on the upload? I've got a helm that I'll be selling. Look at my rebuild, its the helm that scbadiver built (without the live well). I had it up for sale late last year. Its still mounted on the toon. You ought to come up to the Kentucky Pontoon Get-Together. We could have a helm tearing down and put new one up party Beer

I down loaded two pictures but only one shows up.  I tried to edit but still no go.  I also cannot post on my ipad....I am able to on other forums but not this one.   This page shows up but the key board will not activate so it has to be something on your end.

can't help ya there, if it doesn't activate, then it never has. Should be able to upload two pics though, just upload one, after its uploaded to your file manage (on the forum), select it, and it'll appear in the far right pane, select ok, then upload another and just keep going.

naw, he hasn't even started yet since the forum was redone. He's only used 0.19meg out of 10megs. Only 3 pics in his file manager.

Finally had time to go and pick up the pontoon and motor yesterday and today.  With everything I need to do I will have a little over 10K in it.  That's $1200 boat and trailer, trailer is galvanized, $5K for motor and around $4K for new furniture, helm, fence, hydro steering, trailer repair etc.
I will end up with an all aluminum, underskined, tritoon, lifting strakes, 2006 yamaha 4Stroke 150 HP, galvanized trailer, new furniture including helm, new fence, new hydro steering, 4 blade stainless prop plus two extra stainless props.  Same thing but of course new at boat show this weekend equipped the same is over $40K.
Now to get to work.....
