It's about that time again... Boat's in the shop getting my reverse gear looked at. After my rebuild I started getting a bad grinding noise in reverse. Could be a bad shifter cable or my rear gear is shot. I'll know what the damage is later this week...

A word to the wise...when rebuilding your pontoon - make sure you don't move the cables to your shifter too much... The bill was not as bad as I expected, slipped cable.

Slow N Easy - Quick question for ya:
 
did you do any replacement of the plywood/carpet on the front V on the tips of the logs?
