Well some of my order came in yesterday(Plywood Decking). It arrived unbeknownst to me at the Commercial address that I had to give to receive my order. A Friend had done me a favor by allowing me to use that address where he has a fork lift and a building to put it in for bad weather. It was bad and raining.

One band on the plywood was broken and at least two of the five sheets had some damage on the corner. I'm having a hard time understanding why the driver didn't notice the damage and flag the drop for damage. I'm assuming its mind over matter. (It ain't mine so it don't matter)

I called PS and sent pics of the problem and was contacted by a Rep who apologized and made it right as far as I'm concerned. Hats off to PS for addressing my issue quickly and professionally.

Bad Fed X! That driver knew he was dropping damaged goods and Fed X should address that kind of nonsense. I hope PS management follows up and as we say here and "breaks a foot off in someone's behind "!

Again hats off to PS customer service. Thanks again.

If I can figger out posting pictures here I'll show my rebuild progress.
