I have same seats but mine are benches with a separate corner unit.  I do not have the corner seats like yours.  Thanks for the info.  Wink

I just liked the look of the wrap around corner units and with my plan on cutting out a bottom section to extend the rod box to fit in 8 foot rods it worked out real well.

Time for a up date. The existing console was to get it in the water and do some fishing and that worked fine and now that the temps are dropping I started in on a new one. I made the case back earlier this summer. My plan was to add a tach, volt meter and hour meter.

this is it after I had cut out the holes for the things.

I added some left over 3/4 PVC trim board to the bottom to stop water from wicking up out of the carpet

and off to the upholstery shop and this is what it looked like when it came back

and where its going to mount  , just behind the live well.

and the next pictures

with the vinyl and foam cut out

the before shot

and the finished shot a much nicer console

A much better lay out. Their is one more detail yet but I haven't got a picture yet. I originally was just going to screws  and T nuts to hold on the door but ran into a space problem and changed it over to studs with a fender washer and a wing nut and that makes it better a lot easer to get in when needed
