I cut 2 slots for cables. The one for the console is 1" x 7". Since I'm mounting my throttle on the fence that hole only needed to be a 1" x 6"

Looks real nice with the flooring down !!! That small void will be just fine. We fix little issues like that when we are on a glue down job at work.  In the floor buisness we say " just butter it up " it works everytime !

We got the railing on this weekend. I laid all the railing out to make sure I left enough room for the gates to latch correctly. WRONG! I had it spaced a little too close for the floor mounts to fit in there so I ended up using a belt sander to sand the plastic off enough to fit. Pain in the Censored but I got it done. My girlfriend got the striping put on and I mounted the side mount led navigation lights. I'll get pics up tomorrow.

Well it's been a while since I put any pics up so here is a few. I put the micro LED lights underneath the seats in the front and back.

I got some underdeck lights from ezacdc.com and installed them.

Now you've done it LOL I was gonna wait but now I dunno LOL. I'm sure glad EZACDC redesigned it and made the price a lot lower than last year. Can't wait until we meet up in the Goshen IN area for the official PontoonStuff get-together in mid August. We might just match up (in lights) Wink

While on the topic... will a regular dimmer switch work with LED lights?

funny you asked that, as I came across that topic within the last week, but can't remember what the result was. Think it was on a bass boat forum. Don't see why it wouldn't but wonder what the effect of it is on those diodes (if any). How about I send an email to the EZACDC guys, as they should know for sure.

Sean, did you screw them on or did you just stick them on with the adhesive tape that is on the mounting strips?

Sorry Dave I know I'm late. I've been sick. Thumbs Down The lights come with mounting strips that are 4' long each. You get enough to do both sides of your boat depending on the length ordered. I screwed the strips into the wood and then the lights get pushed into the strips. I found it very difficult to get the lights into the strips so I'm sure they won't fall out.

Well it seems that I've hit a wall when it comes to getting this boat done. I did accomplish a few things last night. I notched the rub rail in the back so I can run the steering cable, throttle cables and motor harness. I put duct tape on the rub rail so I wouldn't scratch it. I left it on in case I need to cut some slots bigger. I also got an underwater light from EzAcDc.com for the rear of the toon where the ladder will go.

Man that looks cool, but it doesn't look like this http://www.ezacdc.com/boat-wiring-products/boat-lighting/led-underwater-lights/, you must have it inside the bracket or something as it looks square in the pic, how about a little closer Wink
