Went out Wednesday for an overnight tuna trip and only got two blackfin tunaOuch Wife and kids came down later and spent the weekend with them fishing in the marsh. We caught darn near our limit of redfish on two days and over 100 white trout and enough flounder for supper. Caught too many rat reds that were just undersize. Nice family trip, can't wait for the next one

Catching red fish in down town Houma off the banks of the Intra coastal Water Way. Happens every year for a 2-3 week period.

We were down in Destin several months ago, and I was watching the crew from a party boat filet fish. I commented to my wife that I wished I could filet like that. One of the guys looked up at me and said with a grin, "you could if you did 30,000 fish a year like we do. We figured it out a few weeks ago, we each do about 30K fish each season". That is a lot of fish to clean.
