Two good options.  They've successfully removed all of the nasty mildew stains from my vinyl after the boat sat under a cover for 2 yrs.

Star Brite Mildew Stain remover (assuming these are the stains you need to remove).  You can buy this stuff at just about any boat store, but Walmart sells it for less than half the price (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Star-Brite-Mildew-Stain-Remover-16-oz/51201200)  This stuff is fantastic.  Spray it on, wait about 15 minutes, rinse it off.  No scrubbing at all.

Mr. Clean Magic Erasers (or generic versions) work beautifully.  After I ran out of the Star Brite and didn't want to make another trip, I tried these out and although they're more work than the former, they still did the job well.

Best of luck!
