Coming along nicely.  The fabrication at the stern is very nice.  Look forward to the sundeck and upholstery.  Thumbs Up

A little more work this weekend.  Starting to put it all back together.  Using vinyl for the side panels.

I used some 2x2 angle for the trim.  Works pretty good.

Here is the first side cut/bent and installed.

Before of the sundeck/cover

Finished and installed.

Here is the new tank installed

Oil tank and battery will go in here.  I will also make a door for it.

New/old captains chair installed.  Had to move the console forward 3 inches to give me some knee clearance.

I think that is enough for now.  Will get back out tonight and try and get the wiring done.

Lookin good.  Are you going to cover the plywood??  You said it was DOT treated but that's new to me.

I am not going to cover the plywood extensions.  DOT(borate) is rated for outdoor use ($37 a sheet for 3/4).  Some others on here have used it (vagent, and others).

Ah yes. Borate.  The DOT threw me.  Thanks.
