Started putting the "beast" back together so its been kinda slow go doing all of this alone but here are some of the updates.
Thanks to PS I got my new seats in and they look AWESOME! I will post pics once I have them installed. Now Im excited about putting this pontoon back together now!!
When I rebuilt my walls for the galley and changing room I added a some tubing that I had laying around the shop. My thought was to make it easy to run and hide my electric or speaker wire to run up to the top deck.

I had new canvas made for the rear and sides, When I bought the boat it was missing the rear camper but still had the side walls for the front but since I was going to change the color from that awful green, I went ahead and had everything remade.
I moved the ladder from the rear to the front, reinstalled the top. The old top had carpet glued to the bottom of the ply wood for the ceiling but it was stained and fallen down. I used the same product I made my walls with (alum bond) which now gives it a nice clean look for the ceiling. Then I installed my ply wood, water proofed with vinyl flooring then carpet from PS.

I installed a vent for the side, had to cut the rail and panel for the refrigerator.

WOW! This looks so great! Awesome job PainKiller! I really appreciate your insight of the toonshine. Perhaps your friend should bottle it and market it as "Toonshine" (like Moonshine) LOL

Congrats on such a great rebuild. Super impressed! Bet you can't wait for summer to get here Tongue

Cheers! Beer

WOW, that thing is absolutely beautifulClap. Great craftsmanship. You should be extremly proud of it and yourself. I love the color choice that you have done. I also chose black paneling for my rebuild and can't wait to see what it will look like. I like the way you instaled the full size BBQ, you are going to need it.

Thank you! Yeah it was a lot of work and we are very happy with the way it turned out.
The BBQ grill was an added bonus for us since most of the time its about 6 of us that go out and I wanted to make sure I would have enough grill space to cook with. Lot of people on the lake thought that was the coolest thing ever!
Can't wait to see how yours turns out!

What an incredible job you've done with a beautiful boat! I'm embarrassed to even have posted photos of my little "cheapo special" here! If this old body can even come close to doing what you have with that I'll be one happy camper. That is beautiful craftsmanship!( Love the rod racks!)

Is that just flexible led strip lighting on your pontoons, that looks cool.

No they are little water proof pods. I get them in a box of a 100 count that are wired together about 38ft long. What I did was cut them apart in three pod sections and wired them up between each cross member. Also under the seats up the ladder and around the top deck.

I looked at the LED lights on the web site you provided - however they don't list an "allowable" voltage range, just 12v.  Does the packaging or instructions state an allowable voltage range or did you have to install a voltage regulator to keep the current at exactly 12v?

The grill setup is cool too!  I don't typically have that many people on the boat eating so the everyday standard boat grill gets it done for me.  Smile

PS: Just returned from JVD and we had our fair share of PainKillers!  Banana Benders are my favorite.
